Can I verify that my Zhangjiajie guide is officially licensed?
Yes. Before you confirm, we introduce the exact guide assigned to your dates and will show their current electronic Chinese tour-guide credential on WhatsApp. China uses an official electronic guide-ID system; you never have to rely on a generic agency claim.
Can I request a female guide?
Yes, subject to availability — just mention it in your first WhatsApp message.
Do you use subcontracted strangers in high season?
